Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Frederick Window Tinting. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In this case, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Free Shipping on all orders $50+ and we offer expedited shipping options for faster delivery.

Standard Shipping: Free, 2-5 Days
Expedited Shipping: $9.95, 1-3 Days

Delivery times vary based on location and chosen shipping method. Please allow extra time for processing during peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to addresses in lower 48 U.S. states only. For special shipping needs outside this area, please contact us directly at sharyn@frederickwindowtinting.com.

Damages

Frederick Window Tinting is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
